Category III Risks
Category III risks are complex hazards which are severe or life-threatening, or those which can cause irreversible injuries. This includes electric shocks and contact with various voltage levels.
In the case of the ActivArmr Class 00 Gloves, the design helps to protect against life-threatening or irreversible injury caused by contact with low voltage electricity of a maximum 500V AC and 750V DC.
Please note: These gloves will only work as long as they are not damaged in any way.

Ansell also make a black variant of this arc-flash resistant glove. The ActivArmr Class 00 Rubber Gloves (Black) are similar to the yellow model, with the exception that the yellow variant of these gloves is designed using a more eco-friendly dipping process.
