Which Size is Right For Me?
Whether you're using Polyco C3 Gloves at home or at work, it's important you choose a size that fits correctly in order to give you an optimum level of comfort. Thankfully, finding the right size for you is easy. Simply measure the circumference of your palm and the length of your hand as indicated in the image below. When you have your measurement, please consult the sizing chart below to find the right size for you.
If your size falls on a sizing boundary, we recommend you select a size up for maximum comfort and flexibility.
Size | Palm Circumference (mm) | Hand Length (mm) |
Size 7 (Small) | 178mm | 171mm |
Size 8 (Medium) | 203mm | 182mm |
Size 9 (Large) | 229mm | 192mm |
Size 10 (Extra Large) | 254mm | 204mm |
Size 11 (XX-Large) | 279mm | 215mm |
Double Layered Nitrile
Polyco C3 Gloves use two layers of nitrile to bolster and reinforce the fabric underneath. The first layer covers the entire glove, giving widespread protection against all four EN mechanical hazards and providing protection from water penetration. The second layer coats the palm area to enhance grip strength in wet and oily settings.
What Are the Benefits of Nitrile?
Nitrile is an incredibly flexible coating that provides additional resistance to oil, fuel and chemicals. Nitrile is used as a protective coating in gloves because it matches the pliability of latex whilst mimicking the hazard and injury protection properties of a heavier, woven glove.
How Do Polyco Gloves Help You Grip?
Polyco C3 Gloves are ideal for use in oily, greasy conditions. Their double nitrile coating bolsters the palm to enhance grip strength in slippery conditions. With a high abrasion rating, they are stubborn against scuffs and scratches, meaning the palm area does not wear down like it might in a lesser quality glove.
They also have a knitted and elasticated wrist to secure the glove in a snug position, reducing the chance of fabric slippage that might result in you losing your grip.
What Is SilverClear Technology?
A common way for germs and viruses to transfer from the hands of a glove user is when sweat is wiped from the brow using the cuff of the glove. With infection, germs and hygiene at the forefront of their minds, Polyco have developed their innovative SilverClear anti-microbe technology.
This SilverClear additive is applied to the glove fibres during the manufacturing process. As you perspire, the additive is activated, killing any germs or viruses in or on the glove fabric that might otherwise be transferred to your face or bare skin.
SilverClear technology does not affect the feel of the glove fabric in any way.
