The EN 388 cut resistance test uses a single sharp implement to repeatedly pressure a glove in order to determine the amount of force required to cause visible and functional damage.

Standard Resistance Rating
Abrasion Resistance Level 2
Cut Resistance Level 2
Tear Resistance Level 3
Puncture Resistance Level 2
ISO Cut Resistance N/A

All-Round Weather Resistance

Whether it's hammering it down with rain or blowing a gale, we've got you covered. UCi AquaTek Thermal Winter Safety Gloves are designed to effortlessly deflect wind and rain when it's lashing down.

They're also designed and manufactured with a waterproof lining and outer shell which prevents water lingering on the surface and penetrating the interior of your gloves.

Maximum Dexterity and Accuracy

Ergonomically designed to fit the unique shape of your fingers, UCi AquaTek Thermal Winter Gloves are sleek and slender for promoting accuracy and dexterity in the fingertips. Great if you work with switches, tools and intricate bits of equipment, AquaTek Thermal Work Gloves make picking up and interacting with screws, nuts and bolts a breeze.

Elasticated Knit Wrist

An elasticated knit wrist isn't just about comfort. Perfect for preventing dirt, dust and debris entering the glove at the wrist, an elasticated knit wrist is the perfect solution to that rigid, stiff and bulky feeling you get with other inflexible gloves.

Brilliant Protection for Winter

Combining excellent work-related hazard protection with the comfort of an interior fleece lining, UCi AquaTek Safety Gloves are the perfect option for your tool bag when the temperatures really drop. Their interior lining helps trap heat, allowing you to handle freezing material without worrying about numbness, sensitivity loss and tingling.

Distinct Bright Orange Colourway

Working around others in fast-paced and busy environments brings with it a unique set of dangers. Each and every individual onsite needs to guarantee the safety of those around them as well as themselves.

UCi AquaTek Safety Gloves are bright orange in colour, making them the perfect addition to any hi-vis or visibility-focused PPE outfit. Great for if you're working in dimly lit conditions, this colourway does everything to make sure you're safe and seen on site.

Contact Heat Resistance Explained

A level 2 contact heat-resistance rating indicates that the palm area of the glove can safely withstand contact with heated material with a temperature not exceeding 250°C for a massive 15 seconds. This protection is invaluable for mechanics, HVAC professionals and anyone who routinely has to handle, fit and transfer hot and hazardous material as part of their workload.

What Are the Benefits of a Sandy Latex Coating?

Sandy nitrile simply refers to a standard nitrile coating that has had gritty and grippy sand added for additional texture. Perfect for manual handling in wet environments, sandy nitrile helps prevent drops and accidents where grip strength and stability are compromised due to the glove face becoming slippery.
