Having passed a straight blade test of up to 5 newtons of force, the Uvex Athletic B XP Gloves have been graded with Level B cut resistance. This rating makes these gloves ideal for where there is a moderate risk of cuts from blades.
Reduces Hand Perspiration
Sweaty and uncomfortable hands can be a drawback when wearing safety gloves, but not with the Uvex B XP Cut Protection Gloves. The fine-structured, open-pored microfoam coating of these gloves make them highly breathable, reducing unwanted perspiration as a result for comfortable working.
Tough and Long-Lasting Protective Gloves
These cut-resistant gloves have been tested to a level 4 abrasion, tear and puncture resistance, indicating they are able to withstand harsh impacts and therefore will last longer than the average pair of safety gloves. The additional reinforced thumb crotch also increases the service life of the gloves, for a long-lasting, cost-effective product.
Environmentally Friendly Solution
Made using Bio-based Dyneema, the Uvex B XP Cut-Resistant Gloves are a more environmentally friendly solution for safety gloves. This new and sustainable tree-based cut protection yarn is derived from CTO (Crude Tall Oil) which is a naturally occurring biomaterial removed from the pulping process during paper manufacturing.
What Other Certifications Do These Gloves Have?
Certified in line with Oeko-Tex® Standard 100, every component of these gloves has been tested for substances harmful to health. In this test, they take into account numerous regulated and non-regulated substances and in many cases go beyond national and international requirements.
